For my first three years in Box, I was part of the company’s consumer research planning team, where I specialized in “desk research” (online trends research) and information design. I then went on to work as a planner, researcher and consultant in the innovation and special projects department (Box+). Over these six years I also acted as an ad-hoc strategic consultant for a number of the company’s clients.
